When I worked for the Essex Registration Service, every day Brides would ring the office for the information they needed to get married. We would tell them exactly what was required and offer to send them an email, then 2 days later they would be ringing back because they couldn't remember or understand it all. Or worse still, take time off work for the appointment only to arrive with the incorrect documents or copies instead of originals.
